About Us
We are an independent appliance repair business providing repair services for Kelvinator refrigerators and freezers across Johannesburg and the greater Gauteng area. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by the Kelvinator brand or its manufacturer.
Diagnostic-led repairs
Every callout starts with a full diagnostic. You receive a fault report and a fixed quote before any work begins.
Independent & honest
We test before we quote — and we'll tell you when a repair isn't economical and replacement makes more sense.
Same-day callouts
Fast response across Johannesburg, with emergency prioritisation for perishable stock and medication.
Local to Johannesburg
We know the city's suburbs, housing stock and the Kelvinator models common to each area.
Our approach
We treat a malfunctioning refrigerator as a technical system requiring surgical restoration — not a "broken box". That means testing the cheapest, most likely causes first, showing you the results, and quoting the correct fix. It's why most of our "not cooling" calls resolve to a defrost or fan component rather than an expensive compressor.
